At Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure every brew meets your expectations, but please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only offer returns on damaged or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, carefully check your coffee beans or equipment for any signs of damage or discrepancies from your original order.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality control team will review your request within 24-48 hours to verify the defect or error and approve the return or exchange.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of coffee to you at no extra cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.
